Refund and Returns Policy
Please Note: Unlike other marketplaces or ecommerce websites neibrkart envisions to encourage small scale and house-hold artisans to turn their passion of art and crafts into business. Here in order to support such small businesses and unique talents return policies are kept transparent and straight forward to keep in check the abuse of return policies and ensure fair customer service to our customers.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery (counting day of delivery as day 1). Please contact the concerned seller or raise a return request or write to neibrkart (via our customer care email ID or contact us page) and raise your return or refund request with valid reason and appropriate proof. Returns against refund or replacement or exchange is permissible only in cases where neibrkart seller has delivered a product that’s not as described, damaged, wrong, incorrect size, design or color or any variation which is not declared on product detail page or in any communication forms.
In case a neibrkart seller is unable to provide you with an appropriate resolution the neibrkart team shall intervene, investigate the complaint and give fair chance both to you and our sellers and mediate to arrive at a reasonable and acceptable resolution as per terms of use, conditions, policies declared.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement or an exchange as the transaction would be deemed closed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
if any customization was requested or if the product by nature is customized or personalized return acceptance shall be fully within neibrkart’s seller’s choice and neibrkart will not intervene in those cases and such cases will not be bound by returns policies mentioned above as customized/personalized items shall not be usable or sold to other customers by the neibrkart sellers.
Refunds shall be made only via original payment method in case of prepaid order and via NEFT only for CoD orders. NEFT account holder and the neibrkart account user’s name should be common as per bank records.
In terms of returns, reverse pick up shall be provided from neibrkart/seller’s end if return is accepted, under cases where return pick up isn’t available in the given area, our customers will be requested to reverse courier the package where an accepted amount of courier charge shall be reimbursed to the customers.
